This Privacy Policy explains how NCS Digital FZC LLC, doing business as AI Ad Society™ ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or use our membership Service (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password when you sign up.
• Billing information: your payment card is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our own servers.
• Usage information: pages visited, features used, click and browsing patterns, referring/exit pages, and general device/browser/IP information, collected automatically through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.
• Communications: messages you send us, such as support emails, chat messages, or feedback, including any content you post in community areas of the Service.
• Unsolicited information: if you voluntarily share sensitive information with us (for example in a support message or community post) that we did not request, we will only use it to respond to you and will not use it for any other purpose.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your membership account.
• To process your trial and recurring monthly billing.
• To deliver your Ad Drop content, mentorship, and other membership benefits.
• To send trial and billing reminder emails, membership updates, and, with your consent where required, marketing emails.
• To improve the Service, run internal analytics, and understand how members use it.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or unauthorized access.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Payment processing

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. That processor collects and stores your payment details under its own privacy and security policies. We only receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details, such as the last 4 digits of your card and transaction status, never your full card number.

4. Cookies, pixels, and analytics

We and our service providers use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, measure campaign performance, and understand site usage through analytics and advertising tools. These technologies may collect device identifiers, IP address, and browsing activity, and may be used to show you relevant ads on other sites. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required by law we will honor Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals for non-essential cookies. Some site features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

5. Sharing your information

We keep your account and billing records for as long as your membership is active, and afterward for as long as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

• Know what personal information we hold about you and how it is used and shared.
• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising, where applicable.
