Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. How the trial and billing work

When you sign up for AI Ad Society™, you are charged $1 today for a 7-day trial period. Your trial gives you full access to the membership for 7 days from the moment you sign up.

If you do not cancel before your trial ends, you will automatically be enrolled in the recurring membership, and your payment method will be charged $28.99 on day 8. This begins your first monthly billing cycle. You will then be charged $28.99 every month on the same calendar date, automatically, until you cancel.

This is a recurring, negative-option subscription: unless you cancel, billing continues automatically, and no additional authorization or notice is obtained from you before each future charge. You do not hold us responsible for any overdraft charges or fees you may incur as a result of the recurring billing.

2. Reminder emails

We send an email reminder before your trial ends and before each monthly renewal, so you know a charge is coming before it happens.

3. One trial per person

The $1, 7-day trial is limited to one per person, household, and payment method. Accounts found to have claimed more than one trial may be charged the full $28.99 monthly rate and may have their membership suspended, as described in our Terms of Service.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, through your account dashboard, or by emailing support@aiadsociety.com from the email address on your account and asking to cancel.

• If you cancel before your 7-day trial ends, you will not be charged the $28.99 monthly fee.
• To avoid being charged for your next monthly cycle, your cancellation request must be received at least 1 day before your next billing date.
• If you cancel after a monthly charge has already gone through, your membership stays active until the end of that billing period, and you will not be charged again.

We confirm every cancellation by email within 2 business days. We may require reasonable verification of your identity before processing a cancellation, to protect your account from unauthorized changes.

5. Refunds

The $1 trial fee is non-refundable, as it grants you immediate access to the membership. Monthly charges that have already been processed are also non-refundable, because they cover access to that billing period's Ad Drop and membership benefits, which are delivered digitally and immediately.

Cancelling your membership stops all future charges but does not refund charges already made. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact support@aiadsociety.com and we will investigate and correct verified billing errors.

6. Refund policy abuse and fraud

We reserve the right to deny a refund, or to cancel or restrict future access, where we reasonably believe a request reflects abuse of this policy — for example, repeat trial signups from the same person, household, or payment method to obtain multiple discounted trials.

We may investigate suspected credit card fraud or chargeback abuse, and may require additional verification before processing a refund or cancellation. Details of our fraud-review process are set out in our Terms of Service.

7. The optional $99 consultation

The optional 1:1 consultation add-on is billed separately from your membership, only when you choose to purchase it. It is a one-time fee for a scheduled service and is non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify active members by email before the change takes effect. The current version always applies going forward.
